The RTA is asking transit riders to participate in a short survey to help the transit agencies better understand rider opinions of how we’re doing like, “Would you recommend transit to others?” Please take a few moments to take the survey. It’s open until October 31, 2018.

We are also recruiting riders to join a customer opinion panel, which will involve a few more in-depth surveys throughout the year.  To sign up for the panel, provide us your email address at the end of this survey.

Customer satisfaction surveys are conducted periodically as part of our region’s performance measurement program. The RTA sponsors this collaborative effort with the Transit Agencies to offer a region-wide customer satisfaction survey to produce a consolidated, comprehensive view of our system.
