Congratulations to the RTA’s Heather Tabbert, manager of Local Planning and Programs. Heather recently graduated from Northwestern University with a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Administration.  Heather was also recently inducted into the Ely Chapter of the Lambda Alpha International Land Economics Society.  This honor invites outstanding individuals from many parts of the world who have distinguished themselves in various disciplines and activities that relate to the use and re-use of land. These individuals include not only include those who are involved in the ownership, management, regulation and conservation of land, but also those who are involved in its development, redevelopment and preservation. The RTA is very proud of Heather’s accomplishments and we wish her continued success in her future endeavors.
